BPM Forum Sydney - March 2010
The BPM Forum Sydney has started successfully in 2010 with a well-attended and interactive BPM Forum session.
The topics were:
- Key BPM Trends in 2010 (by Vince Cotte, TIBCO)
- Benefits of Process Mining - retrieving critical data from your systems to optimise your processes (by George Varvaresso)
Our next BPM Forum session is planned for late April-early May.
Organisational Maturity Roundtable events hosted by Adaptra - June 2009
The PM Maturity Roundtable events held in late May and early June 2009 on the topic of "Strategies for improving Organisational PM Maturity" focussed on how increasing your maturity level can improve your organisation, by increasing productivity and reducing costs. Adaptra moderated the exclusive group's discussion, which addressed the key questions of 'What is organisational PM maturity and why develop it?' and 'What are the strategies for implementing organisational PM maturity?' Adaptra brings CIOs together to discuss implementation of strategy - May 2009
A CIO Roundtable Luncheon held in May 2009 gave the opportunity for a group of CIOs to review some of the collated feedback Adaptra had on how PMO executives approach strategy implementation. Challenges on how to get the process right discussed at BPM Roundtable - April, 2009
'Improving Business Process in the current economic environment' was the topic for the BPM Roundtable Luncheon held in early April, 2009. TouchPoint, the business process experts of the Adaptra Group, were delighted to host a small group of peers to discuss how to improve business performance by improving business processes. Executing Strategy Roundtable brings peers together - March, 2009
Adaptra's 'Executing Strategy' Roundtables proved to be an invaluable way to encourage dynamic discussion on issues and concerns affecting the industry. Held in March 2009, the roundtables provided PMO leaders with the opportunity to engage with peers on how best to execute strategy. Consideration was given to a range of topics, from the impact of the financial crisis to the most effective methods of implementing change management.
