Peter Overton

Peter Overton, Managing Director

As the Managing Director of the MPM Group, Peter Overton has been involved across all of Touchpoints's key deliverables over the last 10 years. He remains as passionate about business process management and project delivery today as when first starting his career over 20 years ago. As a trusted advisor, he is able to mentor both technology executives around delivery and operations and non technology executives in delivery and technology. With 'experienced based' understanding he brings a clear direction to an unclear situation.

Peter has lead and delivered major assignments for Suncorp, CBA, Allianz, IAG and Optus.

Prior to establishing the Touchpoint business, Peter held the positions of General Manager IT for Continuum and CIO at Occidental.

Laurie Mastro

Laurie Mastro, General Manager - Service Delivery

With a commitment to delivering significant measurable value for each and every client, Laurie Mastro leads Touchpoint's service delivery practice. Laurie's ability to clearly advise clients on how to effectively deliver their strategies is based on years of experience executing complex project and process solutions. Laurie has specialist expertise in information technology project management, system development and implementation and business process management. His leadership and guidance is valued by all those he works with.

David Phillips

David Phillips, General Manager - Sales and Marketing

With over 25 years of experience in managing successful IT sales and services organisations across the Asia Pacific region, David Phillips brings Touchpoint clients a wealth of strategic planning capability, and a consistent track record of successful business program execution.

A strategic leader, David has taken companies through organisational transformations resulting in improved business processes and profitability. David delivers value through solving customer problems. With his experience in executive stakeholder management, change management, and expertise in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships, David is always focused on the needs of his clients, providing them with effective tailored solutions.

Prior to Touchpoint, David held long standing executive roles at Canon, Crest, CSSL (Indonesia and Hong Kong) and IBM.

Gavin Solomon

Gavin Solomon, General Manager - Canberra

Gavin Solomon joined the MPM Group in January 2008 to manage the Canberra office and is responsible for leading the company's strategic direction in the ACT. Throughout his 20-year career, Gavin has honed his strong business management and development skills and has the ability to develop strategic business initiatives that mitigate risk and increase profitability. He has held a variety of managerial roles in organisations such as the NSW Department of Health and Commander/Volante.

In January 2002, Gavin started his own company, GSC Global - an IT search organisation specialising in the identification and engagement of Senior IT Management, IT technical and IT Non Technical professionals - which he subsequently sold in May 2003.

Leonie Han

Leonie Han - General Manager, Nova IT

Leonie Han has been involved in the IT and recruiting industry for more than 25 years. As General Manager, Nova IT, Leonie is commercially focused on growing Nova IT's business' both domestically and internationally. Leonie's excellent skills-set includes Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Channel Management, Contract Negotiations, People Management, Forecasting and Sales Management.

Prior to joining Nova IT, Leonie managed the NSW Recruitment Solutions Group at Data#3. She was also Branch Manager at Greythorn and spent many years with Wang Australia in the IT industry.
