Natira Drayton

Natira Drayton, Client Services Manager

With a career spanning 15 years and a Masters in Project Management, Natira Drayton has successfully run a myriad of local and international IT and business projects and has been the driving force behind several multi-million dollar IT projects, in Australia, NZ, Asia and the US.

In her current role, Natira draws on her global project management expertise and executive stakeholder management experience to fully understand customer issues and deliver strategic consultation and effective project management and business process management solutions.

Prior to joining Touchpoint, Natira spent over 8 years with Kronos, both in Australia and the US, where she helped to transform the business and build PM capability through the creation of a PM framework and methodology, and the implementation of a PMO. Natira also lead in excess of 50 software application implementations for enterprise and mid market customers around the globe.

Ryan O'Neill

Ryan O'Neill, Resource Manager

Since joining the Delivery Team at Touchpoint, Ryan has spent the last 18 months building and developing the Resource Function. Focusing on building an experienced and trusted team of consultants and associates, he is responsible for the complete selection, allocation and resource planning of the group. Working closely with the Solutions Team in the early stages of client engagements, Ryan has complete visibility across all stages within the lifecycle. Bringing over 10 years experience in recruiting senior delivery teams for project assignments, Ryan understands the importance of assigning the right consultant for the right environment.

Ryan has spent the past 4 years, working in Executive Search and Selection across the Banking and Finance, IT sector.

Barbara Ham

Barbara Ham, Office Manager

Barbara Ham joined the MPM Group as Office Manager in January 2004, providing valuable administrative and PA support across all business lines of the Group. Playing a pivotal role in the financial and administrative management of the MPM organisation, and providing support to Adaptra's growing pool of clients and associates, Barbara's efficient and obliging approach is highly regarded by all.

Barbara has built her career through extensive experience in accounting, administration and office management. Her prior experience includes 8 years working in tertiary institutions in Australia and the UK and 14 years working for various Theatrical Agencies in Sydney.
