adaptra appoints natira drayton as client services manager

Australian project management consultancy, Adaptra Project Management Services (Adaptra) has employed Natira Drayton as its new Client Services Manager.

Ms Drayton has recently returned to Australia, having spent the past two and a half years working in the US.

Prior to her appointment at Adaptra, Ms Drayton worked for the Massachusetts headquartered organisation Kronos Incorporated, in a variety of strategic program and project management roles over her almost nine year tenure. In her most recent, as Senior Manager, Professional Service Marketing, she was responsible for driving the business development and marketing strategies for the $140 million Professional Services and Educational Services business'.

At Adaptra, Ms Drayton will be working closely with their solid client base, providing consulting and project management service solutions that will help them gain more control over their discretionary spending through successful, strategic execution of their projects.

"It will be great to work in Australia again and I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge of the American market to my new position," said Ms Drayton. "I believe I can offer a fresh perspective to an already strong and well-established team."

Adaptra has been in operation for over ten years and according to Peter Overton, Managing Director of Adaptra, Ms. Drayton skills will be instrumental in taking the Company to the next level.

"Natira's proven track record of driving multi-million IT projects speaks for itself," said Mr. Overton. "With her exceptional leadership and project management skills, Adaptra is very pleased to have her on board."

Ms Drayton has a Masters Degree in Project Management from the University of Sydney.
