Leonie Han has been appointed as the new General Manager of Nova IT - the IT recruitment arm of MPM Group.
Ms Han has a successful history in the IT and Recruiting Industry. Prior to joining Nova IT, Ms Han worked at Data#3, where she managed the NSW Recruitment Solutions Group. She was also Branch Manager at Greythorn and has been involved in the IT Industry for more than 25 years.
Ms Han has previously been responsible for driving growth organically or through acquisitions in organisations.
"I am pleased to have joined Nova IT and I am looking forward to developing the business further through talented people with precise outcomes," she said.
Ms Han is commercially focused on growing Nova IT's operations - both internally and internationally.
According to Peter Overton, Managing Director, MPM Group, Ms Han complements the MPM Group's capabilities.
"Leonie's main focus will be on Nova IT's growth and operational development," said Mr. Overton. "Her experience the IT and Recruitment fields is a real asset."
